Community Carers Team (CCT)

The Community Carers Team is a self funding, fee based service. CCT is able to provide support and care to an extensive range of clients in terms of age, disability and cultural background.

Who do we care for

• Children and adults with a physical or intellectual disability
• Older people, including clients with dementia
• People with mental health issues
• Our service also cares for carers

Client satisfaction and quality care are our priority. We are skilled at matching clients with our professional support workers, and safety of both clients and staff is foremost in our provision of care.

All our support workers are

• Experienced and qualified
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Hold a current First Aid Certificate
• Police and child protection checked
• Multilingual
• Well trained and participate in ongoing training

We provide

• Social support
• Living skills training
• Companionship
• Time for carers
• Accompanied appointments
• Transport
• Shopping

We Operate

• 7 days a week
• Daytime, evenings and nights
• One off or ongoing care
• In or away from your home (or in the community)
