Our mission is to build general community wellbeing and to strengthen social inclusion through highly effective programs, services and projects that promote community connectedness and deliver results for vulnerable and disadvantaged groups in the local community.
The centre provides accessibility for the wider community through information sharing, advocacy, services and activities that support and engage our clients.
