we can auspice your project or group

Did you know we offer auspice services for community groups and projects. Often groups do not have the governance or capacity to financially manage their activity. We believe auspicing is a way to support grass roots initiatives of the community. Want to discuss how auspice works contact us today

Peninsula Caring


We are looking for volunteer roles to be filled to respond to impacts of COVI:

  • Volunteer for Help Line: this role will be supporting the telephone line, logging calls and volunteers on the ground (from 9am to 5pm)

  • Volunteer Logistics: Sourcing donations and items for locals, packing hampers, connecting to other organisations, local business (from 9am to 5pm)

  • Volunteer in the Community - this role will be the arms and legs picking up and taking items to individuals in the community (adhoc as needed)

Volunteers of the centre must have a current National Police Check. If you need help with accessing this we do have vouchers to pay for the Police Check through Clear To Work.


All volunteers at the centre will also be given a Peninsula Caring/RNC ID card and access to training and support through the centre.
